Music in the Parks featuring Colin Gilmore and Raina Rose

The next  Music in the Parks concert will feature Colin Gilmore and Raina Rose from 1-3 pm on Friday, Feb 10 at South Austin Senior Activity Center, 3911 Manchaca Road.

An accomplished musician, Colin Gilmore has a new album coming up this year. He has previously sung on numerous compilations, alongside Sara Hickman and Ruthie Foster. Also performing will be Austin folksinger-songwriter, Raina Rose, who has performed at Kerrville Folk Festival, Telluride Bluegrass Festival and High Sierra Music Festivals.

The Music in the Parks series is a year-long concert series that provides free, live and diverse concerts to Austin’s music-loving community in parks citywide. Coordinated by the City's Music Division and Parks Department, the Music in the Parks series presents an eclectic range of genres, including conjunto, folk, soul, rock and country performances in park settings within Austin neighborhoods.
