The Austin Parks and Recreation Department would like to invite you to our annual Kite Workshop Events.

This year the department will be hosting 4 events leading up to the 84th annual Zilker Kite Festival on March 4th, 2012. 

The events are as follows:

• Saturday, February 4th at Pan Am Recreation Center
• Saturday, February 11th at Dove Springs Recreation Center
• Saturday, February 18th at South Austin Recreation Center
• Saturday, February 25th at Northwest Recreation Center

All events are free of charge and will begin at 1:00pm

Fly on by and learn how to make a kite for the 84th annual Zilker Kite Festival.  Children will have the opportunity to make multiple kites and then fly them in the park!  

All materials are provided, ages 5 and up.
