Neighborhood Commercial Management Program (NCMP)
NCMP provides loans to existing businesses (two or more years) to expand operations; acquire land and improvements; construct a new building, make leasehold improvements, and to purchase machinery and equipment. Small and Minority Business Resources Department (SMBR) assists small, minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises (MBE and WBE), as they pursue contracting opportunities with the City of Austin.
Small Business Development Program fosters job creation and supports the growth of new and existing businesses by providing capacity building information, tools and resources.
