Comment Process
If you want your comments included in the packet that city staff provides to the commissioners, you must submit them before the deadline. Below are the links to the individual websites, bylaws, and the rules and procedures for each one of these boards/commissions. Individual meeting agendas are available online at these links:
Board of Adjustment
Meetings are: Second Monday of the month, 5:30 p.m. City Hall, 301 W. 2nd Street, Council Chambers
Diana Ramirez, Planning and Development Review - 1st Floor, Development Assistance Center, One Texas Center, 505 Barton Springs Road, (512) 974-2241 (Faxes can be sent to BOA. Please call Susan Walker at 512-974-2202 before you send a fax related to cases in front of the Board of Adjustment.) Deadline is: Noon Thursday of the week preceding meeting date. 10 copies needed.
Planning Commission
Meetings are: Second and fourth Tuesday of the month, 6 p.m. City Hall, 301 W. 2nd Street, Council Chambers.
Dora Anguiano, Planning and Development Review - 5th Floor Receptionist, One Texas Center, 505 Barton Springs Road , (512) 974-2104 Deadline is: 4:30 pm Thursday of the week prior to the meeting date. 11 copies needed.
Zoning and Platting Commission
Meetings are: Every first and third Tuesday of the month, 6 p.m. City Hall, 301 W. 2nd Street, Council Chambers
