Title 9. Prohibited Activities.

Chapter 9-2. Noise and Amplified Sound.  This describes the  restrictions on decibal levels and use of sound equipment in a residential area.

Note: There is a minimum 14 day review period once the City has all items required to process. The review time may be longer due to inspections of sound mitigation.

How much does it cost?

• Outdoor Music Venue - $193 Notification Fee, $50 Annual Permit Fee
• Sound Amplification Permit - Public Interested or Political  $11, Private Party  $22, Advertising  $33
• Charitable or Government - no charge
